Meeting held at Bronx Park Community Centre with 11
members in attendance.
MOTION
by Bill D., seconded by Wayne to accept the minutes of the minutes
of the meeting of January 12, 2012, with the email address for auto
clubs as “autoclubs.ca”.

Report

Jean Marc
did not have a current balance available at the meeting, but did
confirm that he has paid out the MAAC dues; MAAC insurance and NAACC
payment as well.

Old Business
·
Bowling
event for February 11, 2012 is on track, and specific details will
be provided during the week of February 6, 2012.
·
For further
jacket orders, it will be necessary to speak with Rich P., at one of
the upcoming meetings.
·
Website is
working well and Gary F. will make further updates.
New Business
·
567 members
were reminded of the fact that a St. Patrick’s event will be hosted
at Bronx Park on Thursday, March 15, 2012, with further details to
be made known at the meeting in March.

Ken A.
mentioned the idea of 567 members doing an indoor go kart racing
event.
·
567 members
are reminded that there are free brewery tours on Saturdays at 1:00
p.m. at Half Pint Brewing Company, 550 Roseberry Street, and perhaps
we could look into that as an event for the future.

mentioned Julie Verrier award, and Bill D. explained the background
behind the award.
·
567 members
were reminded about MAAC’s request for donations for the school
events pertaining to automotive equipment.
